  The pork knuckle at El Rincon De La Ermita is something to behold. It's boiled in a broth with herbs and vegetables and the flavours have infused deep into the meat of the knuckle. A thick layer of fatty skin covers the firm yet succulent meat. An orgasmic taste experience. Come hungry and be prepared for a massive cholesterol injection.

  Restaurant located in a very picturesque town square/street. The town itself is also well worth a visit - dramatic views, quaint post card streets and and imposing hilltop fort.

  Seafood fry, shrimp fritters, garlic soup, picadillo soup and some very quaffable vino tinto, in fact top marks for the waitor delivering a second glass before I could catch his eye.
